Available to be taken independently or together, Boconnion offers the perfect private estate for a luxury holiday, a corporate retreat or a wild party sleeping 6 to 37 (45) guests across 3 luxury properties: Boconnion House, Boconnion Stables, Boconnion Barton (and Lower Hill). It has been carefully designed to enable each property total privacy, each with their own private entrance and parking, none overlooking the other, yet a short 1 minute walk between each of them over a gravelled courtyard. There's space for a further 90 seated day guests in our traditional Boconnion Barn or 250 day guests when using the marquee lawn, with views down the Camel Valley.

LUXURY ACCOMMODATION
Boconnion House accommodates 15 (+2) - the main property on the estate, our beautiful Georgian manor house has 5 double bedrooms (4 with en-suites) and 1 twin room, plus an additional attic dorm with separate shower room that sleeps 5 (3 single beds and 1 double sofa bed). Renovated to exude relaxed indulgence whilst maintaining its original features, Boconnion House has a dining room that comfortably seats 14, beautiful drawing room complete with a regularly tuned baby grand piano, integrated Sonos system, snooker table and a private Treatment Room. Outside, there’s a large outdoor terrace and 4 acres of lawns and gardens including a heated swimming pool and well maintained tennis court.
Boconnion Stables was fully renovated in a beautiful modern romantic style by infamous interior designer Adam Knight of Nefarious Design. Accommodating up to 4 (+4) guests in supreme luxury. Sleep in a vintage Harrods sleigh bed, bathe in the beautiful copper bath with the wood burner glowing and, in the evenings, relax in the small but perfectly formed walled garden and have dinner under the stars. There's the option of converting the open-plan first floor 'cinema room' into a 3rd bedroom with its own en suite shower room and setting up a 4th double (sofa bed) in the ground floor sitting room with shared facilities.
Boconnion Barton offers luxury accommodation for up to 12 guests across 6 bedrooms in a relaxed, farmhouse-like atmosphere. Boconnion Barton has a big sitting room with French doors onto the terrace and garden, dining room with seating for 10, pool table, table tennis, an upright piano, Sonos sound system and ample outdoor space to gather, complete with wood-fired hot tub for 8-10 people and two large terraces to choose from.
Lower Hill was renovated in September 2025. Accommodating 6 (+2) this secluded chalet-style holiday cottage is a 5-minute walk away from the main estate, boasting a large garden, hot tub for 6-8 and views down the valley with the option to sleep a further 2 adults in a separate Summer House upon prior arrangement (sharing facilities in the main property).
BOCONNION BARN
Our two-storey barn, with underfloor heating and sympathetic lighting, is the largest event space on site. The ground floor has rustic beams and beautiful stone walls where the original cow stall names still hang, providing a warm traditional atmosphere for up to 90 seated guests.
Off of the ground floor entertaining space is a professional kitchen fitted with industrial extractor fans and 5-ring gas oven. Accessible loos and a shower can also be found on the ground floor, tucked discreetly out of the way.
Upstairs, the 1st floor can seat 80. It is bathed in natural light that pours in through floor-to-ceiling studio windows. There’s a wood burner for added atmosphere and warmth, and a beautiful wooden bar handcrafted from one of Boconnion’s ancient fallen oak trees.
